The show's premiere was Bravo's highest rated non-Housewives or Housewives spinoff series premiere ever among all key demos, earning over 2.6 million total viewers, 1.6 million P25-54 and 1.5 million P18-49, according to Nielsen (1/5/14). These up-and-coming movers and shakers in New York's elite circles of real estate, fashion and media are back for a new season to tackle the city that never sleeps. Continuing to go big or go home are returning cast members Melyssa Ford, Mica Hughes, Daisy Lewellyn, Demetria Lucas D'Oyley and Geneva S. Thomas. Joining the group are celebrity stylist Arzo Anwar and entertainment entrepreneur Chantelle Fraser.

This season, the women will work to balance their work hard, play hard lifestyles as their careers take them to the next level. Fresh off a rocky break-up, Mica struggles to take her business ventures to new heights as things heat up between herself and an unlikely suitor. Recently diagnosed with a life-threatening medical crisis, Daisy faces more obstacles than ever that could potentially interfere with her career goals. Always on the go, Geneva strives to make a name for herself as a journalist, but her friendships are put to the test. Working to reinvent herself and start a new chapter, Melyssa Ford delves into producing a semi-autobiographical musical while Demetria juggles the release of her second book, pending nuptials and the fairytale wedding she will always remember. Fashion maven and self-proclaimed hustler Arzo works to build her fashion brand through her multi-line showroom and is good friends with Melyssa Ford who enjoys having such an entertaining friend around. Meet the new ladies:

Arzo Anwar

Celebrity stylist and native of Kabul, Afghanistan, Arzo Anwar fled to the United States with her family at a young age and spent most of her childhood in Northern California. Although her family hoped that Arzo would become a lawyer, Arzo knew at a young age that she wanted to pursue her fashion dreams in New York City. Fearless and driven, Arzo arrived in New York at the age of 21 with two suitcases and hustled her way to the top of the fashion industry with hard work, integrity and perseverance. In 2005, Arzo opened Blend Showroom, a contemporary women's multi-line showroom located in the heart of Manhattan's Garment District. Initially working solely as a sales showroom that helped emerging designers launch their lines, the illustrious Blend has now evolved into a sales, styling, PR, fashion show production and a consulting business. As her career in fashion continues to soar, Arzo also juggles planning a future with her boyfriend, Brandon (a.k.a. Yestirday), a pop/R&B music artist who is a client and nine years her junior.

Chantelle Fraser

Born in the UK to Jamaican parents, Chantelle Fraser is an entrepreneur and graduate from the London School of Economics. In 2006, Chantelle founded Flawless NYC, a successful promotional company that is the go-to agency for booking entertainment and talent for high-end events and prestigious brands. Chantelle is a fashion lover who enjoys the finer things in life and prides herself on being completely self-sufficient. A proud practicing vegan, Chantelle is passionate about healthy living and fitness, a lover of animals (especially her Westie, Milkshake) and an avid supporter in the anti-fur movement.

"Blood, Sweat & Heels" is produced by Leftfield Pictures, an ITV Studios company. Brent Montgomery, David George, Jordana Hochman, Caroline Self, Dave Rupel & Jackie Stemple produce the series.
