NEW ULTIMATE CHALLENGE SERIES "BULLSEYE," HOSTED BY KELLAN LUTZ, TO PREMIERE WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, ON FOX

Comedian Godfrey Tapped to Co-Host

BULLSEYE, an exhilarating one-hour unscripted challenge series, hosted by Kellan Lutz ("The Legend of Hercules," "The Twilight Saga" franchise), premieres Wednesday, May 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. From Endemol Shine North America, the producers of "Wipeout" and "Fear Factor," BULLSEYE will challenge four men and four women to test their bodies and brains in three ultimate challenges that ask nothing more than for them to hit the BULLSEYE - literally. Comedian Godfrey ("The Godfrey Complex") will serve as co-host.

BULLSEYE's fierce "weekend warriors" will participate in three levels of extraordinary challenges, all of which involve using their bodies like human darts to hit targets - on land, sea and air. As the rounds advance in this fun-for-the-family summer series, only those with the sharpest aim move forward. The first challenge finds the eight competitors vying to hit the center of a stationary target while leaping from a moving 18-wheeler, being pulled by a helicopter or acting as a human slingshot being projected hundreds of feet through the air. In round two, the remaining four competitors - two men and two women - race to hit as many targets as possible. These competitors may be aiming for targets while descending down a building or jumping between two racing speedboats. In the third and final challenge, the remaining three competitors race against the clock to conquer the ultimate test and hit the final BULLSEYE.

The competitors' ability to defy gravity and the laws of physics, while maintaining their focus, could mean the difference between going home empty-handed ... or up to $50,000 richer.

"I am a huge fan of extreme sports, and for me, nothing beats an adrenaline rush, which is why I am so excited to host this series," said Lutz. "I love the concept of physicality and strategy combined with the most awesome challenges that will blow your mind. I am looking forward to watching these competitors push themselves out of their comfort zones and I'll be on the sidelines cheering them on, and probably wishing it were me trying to hit the BULLSEYE!"

Kellan Lutz most recently starred in the feature films "The Expendables 3," "The of Legend of Hercules" and in the worldwide phenomenon "The Twilight Saga" franchise. He will next be seen starring opposite Bruce Willis in the action feature "Extraction." Lutz began his acting career as a series regular on the cable series "The Comeback," opposite Lisa Kudrow. He was also seen in the network series "90210," "Heroes" and the award-winning cable miniseries "Generation Kill." When not acting, Lutz is an avid enthusiast of extreme sports. Born and raised in North Dakota, Lutz had a simple upbringing but learned to live every day to the fullest. From sky diving to parasailing, from motor cross to white water rafting, he has always approached life as an adventure. Lutz also gives his time to three charities: Saving Innocence, PETA and the St. Bernard Project.

Godfrey is one of the hottest comedians today. Growing up as the class clown in Chicago, Godfrey realized his irreverent style of comedy was more than just a hobby. As soon as he decided to become a pro, he immediately landed several high-profile projects, including playing himself in "Zoolander," a performance that has since achieved cult status. Godfrey's additional film roles include "Johnson Family Vacation," "The Cook Out," "Phat Girls" and "Soul Plane." He has made numerous television appearances, including starring in his own one-hour comedy special, "Godfrey: Black By Accident," and having a recurring role on "Louie." But he is perhaps best known for his stint as the "7UP Guy" in the beverage's national advertising campaign. In addition to his film and television work, Godfrey continues to tour the world as a stand-up and his one-man show, "The Godfrey Complex," was a hit at the famed Just For Laughs festival in Montreal.

BULLSEYE is produced by Endemol Shine North America. Jon Kroll ("The Amazing Race") and Scott Larsen ("Wipeout") serve as executive producers. Kevin Wehrenberg, J. Rupert Thompson and Shye Sutherland are co-executive producers. Like BULLSEYE on Facebook at www.facebook.com/BullseyeonFOX.
