New Episodes Include an Up Close and Personal Account of Nelly's Recent Arrest as He Addresses the Situation for the First Time with His Children

"NELLYVILLE" Debuted as the #1 Non-Scripted Series for the Nework Which Delivered One Million Total Viewers in Its Series Premiere

NEW YORK -- BET Networks' hit docu-series, "NELLYVILLE", starring hip-hop artist, Nelly, delivered 1 million total viewers in its initial airing in November and now returns with all-new episodes starting Tuesday, May 5th at 9:00 P.M. ET/PT. The new episodes will address firsthand Nelly's recent arrest as he discusses the situation with his children for the first time. In previous episodes, viewers got a glimpse into Nelly's very busy life as a hip-hop icon, successful entrepreneur, and loving father to his biological children "Nana" and "Tre" and his deceased sister's children "Lil Shawn" and "Stink" - all while nurturing a blossoming friendship with Shantel "Miss" Jackson. The fun, laughter and lessons continue as we pick up where we left off with Nana in college in Chicago, Tre working hard to get back on the football field, Stink making big decisions about life after high school and Lil Shawn continuing to pursue his own music career.

In Tuesday's heartfelt episode, Nelly's last moments with his grandmother are captured before her passing and, to lift everyone's spirit, Nelly plans a family-fun ski outing with Lil Shawn, Tre, Stink and Shantel "Miss" Jackson as well as a family "surprise" planned especially for Nelly's father.

"NELLYVILLE" is produced by Entertainment One, with Executive Producers Tara Long, Shanta Conic, Kim McKoy, Howie Miller, David Shaye and John Morayniss. Nelly also serves as Executive Producer, along with co-executive producer Julius W. Erving III.
