Emmy(R) Award and Golden Globe Award winner Tom Selleck ("Magnum, P.I.," "Blue Bloods") returns as Jesse Stone and Emmy(R) Award and Golden Globe Award nominated William Devane ("The Dark Knight Rises," "Interstellar") returns as Dr. Dix to star with Leslie Hope ("24," "NCIS") and TV icon Luke Perry ("Beverly Hills, 90210") in the ninth installment of the popular Jesse Stone detective-movie series, based on the bestselling books by Robert B. Parker.

This Original Movie series, produced by Brandman Productions, Inc., Jesse Stone Productions Inc and TWS Productions II in association with Sony Pictures Television, chronicles the cases of fictional Police Chief Jesse Stone of Paradise, Massachusetts, a charismatic cop whose life is complicated by both alcohol and relationship issues.

"It will be a joy to re-visit one of the most interesting characters I've ever played," said Selleck.

"With their huge success and loyal following, the Jesse Stone films will be a tremendous addition to Hallmark Movies & Mysteries," said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. "We are excited to offer the legendary Tom Selleck's detective-movie franchise to our viewers and are equally thrilled and honored to have screen veteran William Devane and television icon Luke Perry joining the talented cast of this latest original movie in the Jesse Stone series."

"Sony Pictures Television has a long and successful partnership with Tom Selleck and this is our tenth film together," said Helen Verno, Executive Vice President of Movies and Miniseries, Sony Pictures Television. "We are thrilled to be in business again with Tom and our new partner, Hallmark, to bring viewers the next installment of the Jesse Stone franchise."

Paradise police chief, Jesse Stone (Selleck), takes some well-deserved vacation time and chooses to spend it in Boston, where the Assistant State Homicide Commander, Lieutenant Sydney Greenstreet (Hope), aware of his previous experience as an LA Homicide detective, has sought his expertise in evaluating a packet of cold case murders.

His coply intuition leads him to a case that has already been closed, but when something about it catches his eye, it sets him off on an investigation filled with surprises, unlikely suspects and grave danger.

Previous installments of the "Jesse Stone" franchise have aired on broadcast television. Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has been the home of cable premieres of "Jesse Stone," which produced some of the network's top ratings. This is the first time "Jesse Stone" films will be made exclusively for air on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

"Jesse Stone: Lost In Paradise" is produced by Brandman Productions, Inc., Jesse Stone Productions Inc. and TWS Productions II in association with Sony Pictures Television. Michael Brandman and Tom Selleck are the executive producers. Steven Brandman is the producer. Robert Harmon directs from a script by Michael Brandman and Tom Selleck based on characters created by Robert B. Parker.
