The "Billboard Music Awards" celebrate the most popular artists and songs in music and E! hosts Giuliana Rancic and Terrence Jenkins will be front and center welcoming some of the biggest names in entertainment including Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Iggy Azalea, Nick Jonas, One Direction, Nicki Minaj, and more.
