THE MASTER OF DESIGN RETURNS TO BRAVO MEDIA ON EMMY AWARD-NOMINATED SERIES "FLIPPING OUT" WEDNESDAY, JULY 1 AT 9PM ET/PT

New Series "Million Dollar Listing San Francisco" Debuts the Following Week on Wednesday, July 8 at 10pm ET/PT

NEW YORK - May 20, 2015 - Bravo Media welcomes back Jeff Lewis and his team of genius yet disgruntled employees for an eighth season of "Flipping Out" airing Wednesday, July 1 at 9pm ET/PT. The following week, the fourth installment of the successful "Million Dollar Listing" franchise heads to the city by the bay for the supersized premiere of "Million Dollar Listing San Francisco" on Wednesday, July 8 from 10-11:15pm ET/PT.

This season on "Flipping Out," the always outspoken Jeff Lewis and his hand-picked design team work harder than ever to stay on top of the all-consuming workload with corporate gigs and multi-million dollar celebrity remodels including actor Brian Austin Green ("Anger Management,") comedian Heather McDonald ("Chelsea Lately,") actor George Eads ("CSI,") and DJ Eric Prydz. Jeff's ultimate sidekick and trusty executive assistant, Jenni Pulos, is back in the saddle helping her stressed-out boss juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines. After taking some time off from his first love, house flipping, Jeff decides to re-enter the game. Moreover, he and partner of six years, Gage Edward, seriously move forward with their plan to expand their family via surrogacy, adding to the insanity and putting both their personal and working relationships to the test. Last season, the series received its first Emmy nomination in the new category of "Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program." It also outperformed its freshman season by +93% among total viewers (1,432,000 vs. 741,000) and enjoyed its most-watched episode of the season with over 1.6 million viewers on 4/16/14. On the supersized premiere of "Million Dollar Listing San Francisco," three ambitious brokers-by-the-bay, Justin Fichelson, Andrew Greenwell and Roh Habibi, strive to outsell one another in a cutthroat market filled by demanding young tech clients. Andrew is a real estate veteran who has tackled nearly every challenge in his career...except for predicting the mistakes of a co-lister in an affluent suburb. Justin is a native San Franciscan who knows the city inside and out, but runs up against a tough client who wants more than Justin's tech network may be willing to spend. Roh is a relative newcomer who must prove his worth to his new business partner with the biggest and most stressful listing of his career.
