(GUEST) SHARK ALERT!

"SHARK TANK" ANNOUNCES GUEST SHARKS APPEARING IN EPISODES DURING THE 2015-2016 SEASON

Ashton Kutcher: Actor, Producer, Entrepreneur and Investor

Chris Sacca: Former Google Exec, Venture Capitalist and Tech Veteran

Troy Carter: Entertainment Mogul, Branding Expert and Investor

"Shark Tank," the critically-acclaimed and Emmy-winning reality show that has reinvigorated entrepreneurship in America, will bring three exciting new Guest Sharks into the Tank when the business-themed show returns this fall. The Guest Sharks will appear individually alongside four other Sharks in various episodes during the 2015-2016 season. The seventh season of "Shark Tank" premieres on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

The guest Sharks are (alphabetically):

· Troy Carter -- A living story of beats, bytes and big ideas, Carter brings 20 years of experience in music, tech and entertainment to the art of the hustle as a founder of entertainment company Atom Factory and tech outlet Smashd.co. An early stage investor, Troy will launch SMASHD LABS startup accelerator in the fall of 2015 and maintains a portfolio of 70+ holdings including Uber, Spotify, DropBox, and Warby Parker. In addition, he is a self-accomplished talent manager for John Legend, Miguel and Meghan Trainor.

· Ashton Kutcher - An actor, producer, entrepreneur, and start-up investor, Kutcher co-created a venture fund, A-Grade Investments, with Ron Burkle and Guy Oseary in 2011. To date, A-Grade has invested in multiple tech companies including Airbnb, Spotify, Uber, Flipboard, SoundCloud, Foursquare, Shazam and Houzz. In 2014, Kutcher and Oseary founded another fund - Sound Ventures, which has invested in Pager, Handy, Meerkat, Zenefits, Classpass and more. Kutcher is also the co-founder of Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children, www.wearethorn.org. Thorn drives technology innovation to fight the sexual exploitation of children.

· Chris Sacca - One of the youngest self-made billionaires in the United States today, Sacca is the founder and chairman of Lowercase Capital, reported to be one of the most successful venture funds in history. A former Google executive, Sacca is now best known for being among the earliest and largest investors in companies such as Twitter, Uber, Instagram, and Kickstarter. His impact in the realms of technology and entrepreneurship led the Wall Street Journal to once cite Sacca as "possibly the most influential businessman in America." In parallel with his investing accomplishments, Sacca is a very active supporter of charity: water (https://www.charitywater.org/), working hands-on to bring clean water to the world's poorest families.

The Sharks of "Shark Tank" are tough, self-made, multi-millionaire and billionaire tycoons who search to invest in the best businesses and products that America has to offer. The Sharks will once again give people from all walks of life the chance to chase the American dream, and potentially secure business deals that could make their dreams come true.

The Sharks are: billionaire Mark Cuban, owner and chairman of AXS TV and outspoken owner of the 2011 NBA champion Dallas Mavericks; real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran; "Queen of QVC" Lori Greiner; technology innovator Robert Herjavec; fashion and branding expert Daymond John; and venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary.

Mark Burnett, Clay Newbill, Yun Lingner and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Shark Tank," which is based on the Japanese "Dragons' Den" format created by Nippon Television Network Corporation. The series is produced by United Artists Media Group in association with Sony Pictures Television.
