JACK BLACK SET AS GUEST ANNOUNCER AS "BEST TIME EVER WITH NEIL PATRICK HARRIS" MOVES TO 8 P.M. ON TUESDAY, OCT. 13

Episode Will Also Feature "Today" Anchors Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie, Apolo Ohno and The B-52s

NEW YORK - Oct. 8, 2015 - Golden Globe-nominated actor and musician Jack Black arrives as guest announcer on "Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris," which shifts to 8 p.m. ET Tuesday, Oct. 13.

Throughout the show, Black will take a position in the show's guest announcer booth to give the audience a preview of what's to come throughout the hour.

In Tuesday's episode, fan favorite segment "Singalong Live" will be headlined by The B-52s. In "Singalong Live," three home viewers are challenged to complete the lyrics to a popular karaoke song in a live sing-along led by an iconic musical performer.

Olympic Gold medalist Apolo Ohno returns as a correspondent for "Ticket to Slide," where one lucky couple will have the chance to win the trip of a lifetime when Ohno turns up live in their city with a giant inflatable slide. Disguised in elaborate prosthetics, Harris turns the cameras on Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie when he goes undercover for a fun-filled prank on the "Today" anchors. The episode will feature other surprises and culminate with a red-hot "End Of The Show Show" featuring Queen of the Night.

"Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" is a live one-hour show unlike any other on American television, featuring appearances by A-list stars, stunts, comedy skits, incredible performances, mini game shows, audience giveaways and hidden camera pranks. Reese Witherspoon, Alec Baldwin, Tyler Perry and Shaquille O'Neal have served as guest announcers for the show's first four episodes, while musical superstars Gloria Gaynor, Bonnie Tyler, CeeLo Green and Gloria Estefan have taken the stage for previous installments of "Singalong Live." Each episode concludes with the "End Of The Show Show" - a thrilling finale performance where Harris attempts to learn a special routine unlike anything he's done before.

This season has seen Harris team up with Britney Spears and Joe Jonas, as well as Cobie Smulders and Taran Killam to prank unsuspecting members of the public in a segment called "Voices in Your Head." Reese Witherspoon, Seth Meyers and Zachary Levi have also stepped up to take on Harris in a variety of stunts and creative challenges called "Neil Versus."

The show has also given audience members the surprise of their lives - including a couple shocked to learn that Harris was at their wedding, an on-air proposal, an enthusiastic dad enlisting the help of celebrity guests to show off his unique sense of style for his kids in the audience, and a special edition of the "Real Housewives" starring their biggest superfan. Every episode also gives one studio audience member the chance to "Get Lucky" and walk away with amazing prizes after joining Harris on stage for a series of high pressure trivia questions.

"Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" will air Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET for the remainder of the season.

Neil Patrick Harris, Siobhan Greene, David A. Hurwitz, Anthony McPartlin, Declan Donnelly and Orly Adelson serve as executive producers. "Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" is based on the British hit, "Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway," and is produced by ITV Studios America in association with Prediction Productions, Inc.
