E! EXTENDS RYAN SEACREST'S DEAL WITH THE NETWORK

Under Long-Standing Agreement, Seacrest Continues as Host and Executive Producer of E!'s Successful "Live From The Red Carpet" Series

Los Angeles, CA - October 20, 2015 - E! has extended its deal with Ryan Seacrest who will continue to serve as host and executive producer of the network's highly successful "Live From the Red Carpet" series, covering some of the biggest awards show events in Hollywood. Since joining E! in 2006, Seacrest has served as the face of "Live From the Red Carpet," helping to solidify E!'s role as the top global destination for live event coverage worldwide.

"With Ryan at the helm for close to ten years now, E!'s 'Live From the Red Carpet' series has truly become a mainstay of the network and we are very happy to continue this partnership," said Frances Berwick, President Lifestyle Networks, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment. "Ryan's close relationships with many of the celebrities on these carpets combined with his command over all things entertainment and pop culture, makes for interviews that are surprising, compelling and always entertaining - and our viewers love his spontaneous moments on the carpet!"

"NBCUniversal has long been an important partner to me, and I'm excited to continue our strategic relationship," said Seacrest. "Live television is both thrilling and challenging in countless ways, and it's a privilege to be a part of E!'s 'Live From the Red Carpet" shows. It's truly a credit to the entire cast and incredible crew that we're consistently able to produce the best awards season coverage in the business."

E!'s "Live From the Red Carpet" is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Wilshire Studios. Ryan Seacrest, Gary Snegaroff, Eddie Delbridge, and Gerry Johnston serve as executive producers.

"Live From the Red Carpet" is the leading destination worldwide for red carpet coverage of the some of the biggest events in Hollywood. With Seacrest front and center, E!'s "Live From the Red Carpet" coverage delivered an impressive 16.3M Total Unique Viewers to the network in 2015 as it continues to boast TV's most iconic red carpet destination. Most recently, the 2015 Emmy Awards hosted by Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic, delivered 1.1M total viewers and 546K P18-49, up +7% and +24% versus the 2014 Emmys awards (Live + Same Day). Earlier this year, NBC Olympics announced that Seacrest will serve as host for NBC's late night coverage of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
