Dan Kaufman currently serves as Deputy Director of Google's Advanced Technology and Projects group. Previously, he served as Director of Information Innovation for the Department of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where the office he ran was responsible for creating Apple's Siri and other revolutionary technologies.
