ELECTUS INTERNATIONAL AND BEAR GRYLLS VENTURES SECURES DEALS TO BRING "RUNNING WILD WITH BEAR GRYLLS" SPECIAL FEATURING PRESIDENT OBAMA TO AUDIENCES WORLDWIDE

Deals Secured with Discovery Networks International, Channel 4 in the UK, and D8 in France

Los Angeles, CA (December 1, 2015) -- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC [NASDAQ: IACI], today announced that Electus International and Bear Grylls Ventures (BGV) have secured three distribution deals for the Running Wild with Bear Grylls special that features President Barack Obama. The series made headlines earlier this year when President Obama filmed with Bear Grylls while in Alaska, and Electus International has closed deals with Discovery Networks International, Channel 4 (U.K.), and D8 (France), to bring the special to audiences worldwide. The deal with Discovery Networks International includes Northern Europe (with second window on Discovery U.K. behind Channel 4); Southern Europe (except France); Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa; Asia Pacific; and Latin America. The special will air on NBC in the U.S. on December 17 at 10 PM ET.

Now in its second season on NBC, Running Wild with Bear Grylls follows survival expert Bear Grylls as he takes many of Hollywood's biggest celebrities - including stars such as Kate Winslet, Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum, Zac Efron, Drew Brees, Kate Hudson, Michelle Rodriguez, and Ed Helms - on a one-on-one adventure that tests their survival skills and pushes their mental and physical boundaries. From skydiving into the Catskill Mountains, to rappelling down the cliffs of Utah and battling torrential wind and rain in Scotland, Grylls and each celebrity push both their minds and bodies to the limit to successfully complete their journey.

"Running Wild with Bear Grylls has broken through a crowded TV landscape to become a defining show that not only attracts the biggest stars in the Hollywood, but the world's most important political leader, our President Barack Obama," said John Pollak, President of Electus International. "President Obama's meeting with Grylls dominated headlines around the world thanks to their shared goal of curbing global climate change, and now audiences everywhere will be able to journey along and enjoy this groundbreaking special."
