Series to Premiere Fall 2016 on Comedy Central

NEW YORK, May 17, 2016 - Comedy Central's raucous storytelling series hosted by Ari Shaffir, "This Is Not Happening," is back at it again with a killer line-up of the best true-life, long-form storytellers. "This Is Not Happening" is set to film 10 new episodes in front of a live audience at Cheetahs in Hollywood from Sunday, May 22 through Wednesday, May 25 at 7:30pm and 9:30pm each night. Tickets to "This Is Not Happening" tapings are free and may be requested at http://www.theblacklistnyc.com/tinh. The stand-up series is scheduled to premiere fall 2016 on Comedy Central. "This Is Not Happening" originally debuted as a digital series on cc.com which will continue to feature exclusive digital stories throughout the run of the new season this fall.

"This Is Not Happening" is executive produced by Shaffir, Jeff Tomsic, who directs, Eric Abrams, who also serves as Showrunner, and Avalon's Sam Saifer. Anne Harris and Ryan Moran are the Executives in Charge for Comedy Central.
