SHOWTIME SPORTS(R) TO SAMPLE FIRST EPISODE OF "ALL ACCESS: QUEST FOR THE STANLEY CUP" ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS

Series Premieres Friday, May 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME(R)

NEW YORK (May 19, 2016) - SHOWTIME Sports is giving viewers an opportunity to sample the first episode of the anticipated new series "ALL ACCESS: Quest For The Stanley Cup" across multiple platforms and devices as well as on NHL Network following the series premiere on Friday, May 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME.

Produced in conjunction with NHL Original Productions, the real-time, behind-the-scenes documentary series is the first of its kind to nationally televise the championship of a major North American sport as it unfolds. Weekly, half-hour episodes offer unprecedented access to the Eastern Conference Final pitting the Tampa Bay Lightning against the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Western Conference Final featuring the San Jose Sharks versus the St. Louis Blues. The series will continue with intimate and never-before-seen coverage as two teams square off in the Stanley Cup Final and chase what many call the hardest trophy to win in all of sports - the Stanley Cup(R).

Consumers who do not subscribe to SHOWTIME will be able to sample the episode beginning Friday after 9:30 p.m. ET for free on the SHOWTIME Sports YouTube channel, Facebook page and website, SHO.com. The episode will also be available across multiple television and streaming providers' devices, websites, applications, Facebook pages, and free On Demand channels. An encore presentation of the premiere episode will air Friday at 12:00 a.m. ET on NHL Network in the U.S. and on Sportsnet in Canada and will be available at NHL.com on Saturday, May at 10 a.m. ET (check NHL.com for listings).

"ALL ACCESS: Quest For The Stanley Cup" continues with new episodes every Friday night through the 2016 Stanley Cup Finals. SHOWTIME subscribers will have access to the entire series on SHOWTIME ON DEMAND(R) and SHOWTIME ANYTIME(R). The series can also be seen on SHOWTIME (showtime.com), the stand-alone streaming service available through Amazon, Apple(R), Google and Roku(R), as well as through Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and Sony PlayStation(R) Vue. "ALL ACCESS: Quest For The Stanley Cup" will be produced by 53-time Sports Emmy(R) Award winning producer Ross Greenburg, who pioneered the sports documentary series genre.
