JOY TAYLOR COMPLETES NEW FS1 OPINION AND DEBATE SHOW STARTING LINEUP

Versatile South Florida Sports Radio Personality Serves as Moderator for Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe

Los Angeles - Well-known former South Florida sports-radio personality Joy Taylor fills out the starting rotation as moderator for Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe on FS1's new in-development opinion and debate show premiering Tuesday, Sept. 6 (10:00 AM ET). The announcement was made today by Jamie Horowitz, President, FOX Sports National Networks.

"Joy loves fearless sports talk and is a natural match for Skip and Shannon," Horowitz said. "Since joining the FOX Sports team, she's hosted several shows and proved she has what it takes to work with the best. We're thrilled to round out this new team with Joy in this role."

"I'm very excited for the opportunity to work with Skip Bayless, the top opinionist in the business, and Shannon Sharpe, legendary NFL tight end and Hall of Famer," said Taylor. "I love a good debate and look forward to sitting with these two and seeing what happens every day."

Additional details on the new show will be announced in the coming weeks.

Taylor joined FOX Sports in March of 2016, playing pinch hitter in several different FS1 roles, including filling in for Kristine Leahy on THE HERD WITH COLIN COWHERD, and serving as FOX SPORTS LIVE host while Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole were on vacation, moderating Clay Travis and Nick Wright. She also currently co-hosts a show on FOX Sports Radio and iHeartRadio with Mark Willard Saturday afternoons (1:00 PM ET - 4:00 PM ET).

She spent the last five years in Miami radio, including a successful three-year stint at 790 AM The Ticket, where she was co-host for the station's top-rated morning-drive program, "Zaslow and Joy Show," after starting with the station as the show's executive producer. Taylor has also served as the host of "Thursday Night Live" and "Fantasy Football Today" on CBSSports.com.

A Pittsburgh native and the younger sister of former Miami Dolphins star Jason Taylor, she attended Barry University and earned her bachelor's degree in broadcasting. While at Barry, she hosted her own radio show, "The Noise," and served as station manager for WBRY Radio. Follow Taylor here on Twitter; Instagram; and Facebook.
