Netflix Announces Premiere Dates for New Line-Up Of Original Stand-up Comedy Specials

New Slate of Stand-Up Comedy Specials includes Cedric the Entertainer, Russell Peters, Joe Rogan, Dana Carvey, Colin Quinn, Michael Che, Reggie Watts and Gabriel Iglesias

Beverly Hills, Calif., August 23, 2016 -- Netflix, the world's leading Internet TV network, today announced premiere dates for its upcoming slate of new original stand-up comedy specials.

Previously announced upcoming titles also include Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy: We've Been Thinking... premiering this Friday, August 26 (see the trailer here and the key art here) and Iliza: Confirmed Kills premiering Friday, September 23.

All of the following new titles will be available globally upon release:

Cedric the Entertainer: Live from the Ville - Premieres Friday, September 16, 2016

Comedy icon Cedric the Entertainer brings the laughs to Nashville, taking hilarious aim at the aggressive lyrics of today's rap artists, raising kids in the Snapchat generation, and Obama's legacy. The "Original King of Comedy" played to a packed house at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Russell Peters: Almost Famous - Premieres Friday, October 7, 2016
