Phelps will take on "Lip Sync Battle" All Stars John Legend, Olivia Munn, Terry Crews in the biggest, boldest and first ever LIVE edition of the EMMY(R)-nominated hit franchise in "Lip Sync Battle: All Stars LIVE," premiering Sunday, September 11 at 8:00pm ET/ 5:00pm PT.
