AUDIENCE Network and Primary Wave Entertainment Cast Golden Globe(R) Nominee Ron Livingston to Star in Original Series 'Loudermilk'

Scripted Half-Hour Comedy Series from Primary Wave Entertainment, Peter Farrelly and Emmy Award-Winning Writer Bobby Mort to Air Exclusively on Both DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2016 -- AT&T* AUDIENCE(R) Network and Primary Wave Entertainment have cast Golden Globe Nominee Ron Livingston ("Office Space," "The Conjuring," "Sex in the City") to star in the original comedy series "Loudermilk." The 10 half-hour episodes will begin production in Vancouver next month and will air exclusively on both DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse.

Livingston will play Dave Loudermilk, a recovering alcoholic and substance abuse counselor with an extremely bad attitude. He's unapologetically uncensored and manages to anger everyone in his life. To Dave, a stranger is just an enemy he hasn't met yet. Though he's got his drinking under control, his life is one step forward, twelve steps back.

Primary Wave Entertainment will serve as the studio to co-finance and co-produce the series. Peter Farrelly ("Dumb and Dumber," "Shallow Hal," "There's Something About Mary") and Emmy(R) Award-winning writer Bobby Mort ("The Colbert Report") created "Loudermilk." Farrelly, Mort, AUDIENCE Network's Christopher Long and Primary Wave's Mark Burg and David Guillod will serve as executive producers. Jonathan Schwarz will serve as producer.

Livingston's most recent films include "The 5th Wave" with Chloe Grace Moretz, "The End of the Tour" with Jason Segel, "James White" with Cynthia Nixon and Joe Swanberg's "Digging for Fire." He also wrapped work on Oren Uziel's upcoming crime thriller "Shimmer Lake" and Eddie O'Keefe's "Shangri-La Suite," where he plays the role of Elvis Presley. Among his multiple television credits is the HBO miniseries "Band of Brothers," for which he received a Golden Globe Award nomination and HBO's "Boardwalk Empire," which received a Screen Actor's Guild Award nomination for outstanding performance by a cast.

Primary Wave has been involved in multiple television projects, including Amazon's "Bosch," BET's Gabrielle Union starrer "Being Mary Jane" and the international hit show "The 100," created by Bobby Moresco and starring Michael Nyqvist. "Loudermilk" is the first television series collaboration between Primary Wave, Peter Farrelly and Bobby Mort.

AT&T AUDIENCE Network is available on DIRECTV Ch. 239 or U-verse TV Ch. 1114. You can also live stream it on the DIRECTV and U-verse apps.
