AT&T AUDIENCE Network(R) and Fullscreen Announce "Cassandra French's Finishing School"

Based on the Novel by Eric Garcia, 8 Half-Hour Episodes Will Premiere Friday, Feb. 17 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT

AT&T* continues expanding its slate of unique, original entertainment with AUDIENCE Network's newest show "Cassandra French's Finishing School."

This co-production with Fullscreen will debut exclusively on DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse on Friday, Feb. 17 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. It will later join the millennial-focused lineup of Fullscreen's subscription video on demand (SVOD) service.

"Cassandra French's Finishing School" is based on the novel by Eric Garcia ("Matchstick Men") and follows Cassie, (Jessica Renee Russell, "Donny") a 23-year-old overachieving publicist who can't find a guy ready for a mature relationship. After a disastrous one night stand, Cassie takes matters into her own hands when she knocks the unsuspecting guy, Owen, (Calum Worthy, "Austin & Ally") unconscious and decides that the only way to turn things around is to set up a finishing school in her basement to try and teach him how to become a better man.

"Cassandra French's Finishing School" also stars Cassie's girlfriends Claire (Brooke Markham, "Friend Request"), Lexi (Savannah Jayde, "Big Time Rush") and fellow PR pro Wendy (Anjali Bhimani, "Modern Family"). Elijah (Nathan Stewart-Jarrett) is a charming British actor looking to make a name for himself in the states and employs Cassie's PR firm to arrange a PRomance (staged relationship) with social media influencer Kaylee (Lisa Schwartz, Lisbug). Judi (Mo Collins, "MADtv"), plays Cassie's overbearing mother on house arrest from a recent conviction.

"Cassandra French tackles the universal struggle that singles face in the modern dating world," says Jeni Mulein, Vice President Scripted Development, Fullscreen."It's a heightened, and sometimes dark, setup for a female wish-fulfillment comedy but, at its core, is also about the strength of female friendships and the sometimes extreme lengths that we're willing to go to for each other."

"Cassandra French's Finishing School" is produced in association with Lifeboat Productions. Jaime Burke and Amy Kim serve as Executive Producers alongside Garcia on the 8-episode order.

AT&T was the premier launch sponsor of Fullscreen SVOD. It currently airs other Fullscreen originals through weekly and daily "Snack on Fullscreen" segments. This is just a sample of what's available on the service.
