ARROW (The CW) - Sydelle Noel will recur on the show's sixth season as Samanda Watson, "an FBI agent who will be investigating Oliver Queen's connection to the Green Arrow." (Variety.com)
DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW (The CW) - Simon Merrells has been cast as Julius Caesar in the time travel drama. (CBR.com)
FAHRENHEIT 451 (HBO) - Saad Siddiqui has booked a role on the pay channel's Ray Bradbury adaptation as Fireman Stone, "a fireman alongside Montag (Michael B. Jordan) and Beatty (Michael Shannon)." (Deadline.com)
GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Abigail Spencer will recur on the upcoming season as "Owen's presumed-dead sister Megan Hunt." She takes over for Bridget Regan, who is now a regular on TNT's "The Last Ship." (TVLine.com)
HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER (ABC) - Esai Morales and Benito Martinez are both set to return for the show's fourth season as Jorge Castillo, "the father of Laurel (Karla Souza)," and D.A. Todd Denver, "who had it out for Annalise (Viola Davis), was also somehow connected to Jorge." (EW.com)
INFAMY (FOX, New!) - David Elliot has sold a new drama to the network, about "a law firm that specializes in tackling wrongful conviction cases and exonerating the innocent." Danny Strong and Stacy Greenberg are also on board to executive produce the project, which has a penalty attached, via their 20th Century Fox Television-based Danny Strong Productions. (Deadline.com)
