All-New Holiday-Themed Episode, Featuring Performances by

Airs Thursday, Dec. 14 at 8/7c (New Time), on FOX
Houghton is an actress, recording artist, TV personality and style icon. Currently the co-host of the Emmy(R)- and NAACP Image Award-nominated "The Real," Houghton also has been nominated for an Emmy Award as "Outstanding Talk Show Host." The first Latina daytime talk show host on English language television, Houghton rose to fame as the lead singer of the multi-Platinum R&B girl group 3LW. After touring the world with Destiny's Child and *NYSNC, she went on to become a founding member of the pop group the Cheetah Girls, who sold more than five-and-a-half million albums.
In the holiday-themed episode hosted by Steve Harvey, SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO: CHRISTMAS will feature some of the nation's top musical acts offering renditions of their favorite Christmas songs, including performances by Snoop Dogg & Boyz II Men, Fifth Harmony and DMX. Along with the well-known acts, the show will showcase Apollo's legendary long-running, live talent competition - which provides a platform for up-and-coming artists to perform in front of the toughest audience in the world. The Apollo audience is famed as one of entertainment's most boisterous and brutally honest and those contestants who don't win over the crowd risk being booed off the stage. Don't miss SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO: CHRISTMAS airing Thursday, Dec. 14 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT - New Time), on FOX.
