SHAWN MENDES TO JOIN JAMES CORDEN ON "THE LATE LATE SHOW" FOR A WEEK-LONG RESIDENCY, JUNE 4-7

Shawn Mendes will join James Corden for a week-long residency on THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN Monday, June 4 - Thursday, June 7 (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. During the week, Mendes will perform new songs from his forthcoming album and join Corden for various THE LATE LATE SHOW segments throughout the week.

Shawn Mendes recently released the new tracks "In My Blood" and "Lost in Japan" from his highly anticipated third album. Both tracks have soared to the #1 and #2 spots on the overall iTunes chart in the U.S., amassing over 54 million global combined audio and video streams, and holding the #1 and #2 spots on Spotify's "New Music Friday" playlist. They are the first new songs released by Mendes since his 3x Platinum hit, "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back," in April 2017. That track scored Mendes his second #1 single on Top 40 radio and on Billboard's Pop Songs chart, joining 7x Platinum single "Stitches." Throughout his career, Mendes has achieved two #1 album debuts, Handwritten (2015) and Illuminate (2016); two platinum albums; and seven consecutive platinum and multi-platinum singles. Worldwide, he has sold over 10 million albums and 100 million singles, and he has amassed over 11 billion song streams and four billion YouTube views. Mendes has completed two sold-out world tours with over one million tickets sold. In February 2018, ROI Influencer Media recognized Mendes as the #1 Most Influential Artist and #1 Most Influential Teen across all social media platforms.
