CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND (The CW) - Co-creator Rachel Bloom posted to social media that today's renewal will be for the show's final season. (@RachelDoesStuff)
CULTURE CLASH (A.K.A. OUR PEOPLE) (FOX) - Biniam Bizuneh has been cast in the single-camera comedy pilot, about a man from a bombastic African family who doesn't have a word in their native language for "privacy" and his fiancée from a mid-western family try to build a normal life together. He'll play Abel, taking over for the previously cast Bernard David Jones. Said change was made after the pilot's table read. (Deadline.com)
GOOD DOCTOR, THE (ABC) - Will Yun Lee (Alex Park), Fiona Gubelmann (Morgan Reznick), Christina Chang (Audrey Lim) and Paige Spara (Lea) are all slated to return as series regulars for the show's second season. On the flip side, co-star Chuku Modu (Jared Kalu) will not be back. (Deadline.com)
GRACE & FRANKIE (Netflix) - Jackson Pace is slated to recur on season five of the series as Luke, a yet-to-be-revealed character. (Deadline.com)
PRINCE OF PEORIA, THE (Netflix) - Gavin Lewis, Theodore Barnes, Shelby Simmons and Cynthia McWilliams are set to star in the upcoming multi-camera comedy, in which Emil (Lewis), a 13-year-old prince from a wealthy island kingdom, travels to the U.S. to live incognito as an exchange student, where he strikes up an unlikely friendship with Teddy (Barnes), a fastidious overachiever who is Emil's total opposite. Simmons then plays Sydney: "The daughter of two professors, Sydney is a straight-A student and the first chair violinist in the school orchestra, but secretly has a bit of a wild side." And McWilliams portrays Regina, "Teddy's fun-loving mom, who thinks her son takes himself way too seriously and would do anything to help him make friends." (Deadline.com)
RAY DONOVAN (Showtime) - Graham Rogers has been promoted to series regular for the upcoming sixth season. He'll continue on as Smitty, the boyfriend of Bridget (Kerris Dorsey). (Deadline.com)
SACRED LIES (Facebook) - Toby Huss, Katrina Law and Leah Gibson have all scored roles on the half-hour series, about a handless teen who escapes from a cult and finds herself in juvenile detention, suspected of knowing who killed her cult leader. They'll play Prophet, Miss Bailey and Vivienne, respectively, in the project. (Deadline.com)
