BULL (CBS) - MacKenzie Meehan has been tapped for a recurring role on the series as "a former colleague of Marissa's (Geneva Carr) from her time at the Department of Homeland Security. Like Cable, her expertise lies in coding and hacking." (THR.com)
FIX, THE (ABC) - Abraham Lim is set to recur on the midseason drama as Ares, "a smart, slick, high-end media consultant who is brought in by Ezra (Scott Cohen) to consult on the upcoming trial." He replaces Alysia Reiner, who was initially cast as the character Eres. (Deadline.com)
HISTORY OF THEM (CBS) - Ana Villafañe has signed a one-year talent deal with ABC and its sibling ABC Studios. The pact calls for the companies to develop series projects around the actress, who starred in the aforementioned CBS comedy pilot, or cast her in an existing property. (Deadline.com)
OLD CITY BLUES (Hulu, New!) - Kerry Washington is attached to star in a small screen take on Giannis Milonogiannis's graphic novel at the streaming service: "Set in the year 2048, the story takes place in New Athens, on the ruins that once was known as Greece but is now crawling with high-tech criminals including smugglers, drug dealers and corrupt politicians and powerful corporations. The potential series revolves around Solano, Thermidor and the rest of the New Athens Special Police, who endeavor to keep the city in check after the cyborg founder of a tech company is found dead." Director Gore Verbinski will executive produce via his Blink Wink Productions banner alongside Chris Black, Arash Amel, writer Allison Davis, Simpson Street's Washington and Pilar Savone and Boom! Studios' Stephen Christy and Ross Richie. A writers' room has been opened to produce scripts for a potential series order. (THR.com)
THIS IS US (NBC) - Michael Angarano has been cast as Nicky, Jack's (Milo Ventimiglia) brother who died during the Vietnam War, on the upcoming third season. (Deadline.com)
