FALL SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

NEW SERIES AND SPECIALS

LOVE & HATE CRIME // A Murder in Mississippi

One-Hour Special Premieres Sunday, October 13 at 10/9c

In June 2011, a group of young white teens drinking and partying in Rankin County, Mississippi, decided to "mess with" African Americans in nearby Jackson. James Craig Anderson became the group's target, as the teens ran down Anderson with their car - killing him in the process. Condemned as a modern-day lynching, the act was a sign that hatred based on race is alive and well in the United States. With racial tensions dominating political debate, monopolizing newspaper headlines and dividing communities, this timely documentary series investigates one of the first crimes to be prosecuted under federal Hate Crime laws.

BLOOD RUNS COLD

New Series Premieres Thursday, October 25 at 10/9c

The loss of a loved one is devastating, but when the crime goes unsolved and the perpetrator unpunished, the grief is compounded. BLOOD RUNS COLD tells stories of individuals who went to unimaginable lengths to uncover the truth.

GYPSY'S REVENGE

Two-Hour Special Premieres Tuesday, November 6 at 8/7c

The story of the life of mother and daughter Dee Dee and Gypsy Rose Blanchard is at first glance a triumph of human spirit over adversity. Dee Dee was a warm-hearted and utterly devoted single mom, and a saintly full-time caregiver to Gypsy who was dogged by terrible illnesses since birth - from leukemia to brain seizures to muscular dystrophy. So when the status update "That bitch is dead" appeared on Dee Dee's Facebook on June 14th, 2015, friends and neighbors were perplexed. It was an incongruous post from sweet natured Dee Dee whose feed was always full of endearing photos and cute posts. Had someone hacked Dee Dee's account? Was this a joke? Or something altogether more sinister?

DEADLY SILENCE

New Series Premieres Tuesday, November 13 at 9/8c

DEADLY SILENCE follows the baffling murder mysteries where it's not just one person who's hiding something - it's everybody. From closed communities and secretive organizations, to religious groups and tight-knit families, this series unravels the cases where police don't just have to crack the case, they need to penetrate a wall of silence too.

The victims believe the walls around them are a safe sanctuary, but what happens when safety turns to insecurity?

SHATTERED

New Season Premieres Wednesday, October 17 at 9/8c

When a stone strikes glass, it cracks in all directions before shattering. Crime is the same.
