'RAVEN'S HOME: REMIX,' THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED MUSICAL EPISODE OF THE HIT SERIES 'RAVEN'S HOME,' PREMIERES FRIDAY, OCT. 12, ON DISNEY CHANNEL

- Multitalented Cast Perform Eight Original Song and Dance Numbers -

Actress, singer and series executive producer Raven-Symoné leads the multitalented "Raven's Home" cast in a dynamic musical episode, "Raven's Home: Remix," about self-empowerment and self-expression. Directed by Paul Hoen ("ZOMBIES," "Camp Rock 2," "Let it Shine") and choreographed by Will "WilldaBeast" Adams ("America's Best Dance Crew," "Glee"), the episode premieres FRIDAY, OCT. 12 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel, in the DisneyNOW app and DisneyVOD. It features eight original songs and dance numbers performed by the cast: Raven-Symoné, Issac Ryan Brown, Navia Robinson, Jason Maybaum, Sky Katz and Anneliese van der Pol.

The "Raven's Home" musical episode will usher in the series premiere of "Coop & Cami Ask the World" (8:30-9:00 p.m. EDT/PDT) on Disney Channel.

In "Raven's Home: Remix," Booker sets out to land the starring role in the school's musical about a boy who loves playing basketball and performing hip-hop. When Raven has a vision of Booker receiving a standing ovation, she's convinced he's perfect for the role and encourages him to go for it. However, when Nia discovers the part requires someone who is great at basketball and can rap - two things Tess excels at - she tries to convince Coach Spitz to let Tess audition for the role. When he refuses because Tess is a girl, a determined Nia takes a stand to prove girls can do anything boys can do.

The original songs featured in "Raven's Home: Remix" were written and produced by The Heavyweights; the GRAMMY(R) nominated production team composed of Jamie Jones, Jack Kugell and Matt Wong; along with songwriter Hanna Jones. The multi-platinum team has delivered hit songs that have collectively amassed over 35 million units sold, including music featured in "Descendants 2" and Disney's "ZOMBIES."

The "Raven's Home: Remix, The Musical Episode" digital soundtrack features original songs from the episode and will be available for download and at streaming services Oct. 7 (9:00 p.m. PDT) on Walt Disney Records.

"Raven's Home" stars Raven-Symoné, who reprises her role as Raven Baxter from the iconic comedy "That's So Raven" (2003-07); Issac Ryan Brown as Booker Baxter-Carter; Navia Robinson as Nia Baxter-Carter; Jason Maybaum as Levi Grayson; Sky Katz as Tess; and, reprising her "That's So Raven" role, Anneliese van der Pol as Chelsea Daniels.

Since premiering in July 2017, "Raven's Home" is Disney Channel's #2 series in Total Viewers, Kids 6-11, Kids 6-14 and Tweens 9-14, behind only "Andi Mack." Since its debut, "Raven's Home" has generated nearly 75 million views across all social and digital viewing platforms, including 49.3 million total video views on social media and 25.3 million views on VOD.
