Worlds will collide in Seattle once again, as ABC is set to air a TGIT crossover event on Thursday, May 2, featuring all-new episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" and "Station 19" from 8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT.

"Grey's Anatomy" is Thursday's No. 1 TV show this season among key Women (W18-34/W18-49) and ranks as the No. 1 program in Thursday's 8:00 p.m. hour with Adults 18-49. Since returning from its winter hiatus last month, "Station 19" stands as the No. 1 program in Thursday's 9:00 p.m. hour among Adults 18-49. On the last TGIT Crossover Event, which aired Oct. 11, 2018, "Station 19" spiked to new series highs and delivered its best-ever lead-in retention out of "Grey's Anatomy" (87%).

The TGIT crossover event kicks off with an all-new episode of "Grey's Anatomy," entitled "What I Did for Love," where Maggie treats one of Station 19's own, and Jo learns a hard lesson. Meanwhile, when working with a family seeking asylum, Meredith makes a call that could jeopardize her career on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, MAY 2 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George, Boris Kodjoe and Brett Tucker guest star.

"What I Did for Love" was written by Mark Driscoll and directed by Jesse Williams.

The second hour of the TGIT crossover event is an all-new episode of "Station 19," entitled "Always Ready." Following a deadly blaze inside a coffee beanery, the members of Station 19 find themselves on high alert as a beloved member of their team lands at Grey Sloan, leaving the future uncertain in the face of a life-threatening situation, on "Station 19," THURSDAY, MAY 2 (9:01-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. Brett Tucker, Kelly McCreary and Jake Borelli guest star.

"Always Ready" was written by Tia Napolitano and directed by Nicole Rubio.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens Jr. as Richard Webber, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery, Caterina Scorsone as Amelia Shepherd, Camilla Luddington as Jo Wilson, Kelly McCreary as Maggie Pierce, Kim Raver as Teddy Altman and Giacomo Gianniotti as Andrew DeLuca.

"Grey's Anatomy" was created and is executive produced by Shonda Rhimes. Betsy Beers, Mark Gordon ("Saving Private Ryan"), Krista Vernoff ("Shameless"), Debbie Allen, Zoanne Clack, Fred Einesman, Andy Reaser and Meg Marinis are executive producers. "Grey's Anatomy" is produced by ABC Studios.

"Station 19" stars Jaina Lee Ortiz as Andy Herrera, Jason George as Ben Warren, Boris Kodjoe as Captain Robert Sullivan, Grey Damon as Jack Gibson, Barrett Doss as Victoria Hughes, Alberto Frezza as Ryan Tanner, Jay Hayden as Travis Montgomery, Okieriete Onaodowan as Dean Miller, Danielle Savre as Maya Bishop and Miguel Sandoval as Captain Pruitt Herrera.

"Station 19" is produced by ABC Studios. Stacy McKee ("Grey's Anatomy") serves as showrunner and executive producer, along with Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers. Paris Barclay ("Pitch" and "Sons of Anarchy") serves as the producing director and executive producer of the series.

"Grey's Anatomy" and "Station 19" are broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned to these episodes at a later date.
