BONES (FOX) - A California judge has tossed $128 million in punitive damages from the much-ballyhooed $179 million judgment that co-stars stars Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz and executive producers Barry Josephson and Kathy Reichs were awarded by an arbitrator earlier this year. The lawyers reportedly plan to appeal the decision. (Deadline.com)
CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM (HBO) - Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy is bound for the new season of the Larry David comedy. No specifics about his role however were given. (Variety.com)
MARVEL'S IRON FIST (Netflix) - Former showrunner Raven Metzner has signed a two-year overall deal with ABC Studios, producer of the now defunct drama. The writer/producer has "two series in the works for Disney's upcoming direct-to-consumer platform Disney+." No other specifics were given. (Deadline.com)
THIS IS US (NBC) - Creator Dan Fogelman has signed a massive five-year, nine-figure overall deal with producer 20th Century Fox Television. The pact covers his duties on the NBC drama as well as any future development via his Rhode Island Ave. Productions banner. (Deadline.com)
