CESAR'S WAY (Nat Geo WILD) - Jane Mun is set to serve as showrunner on the upcoming series featuring "The Dog Whisperer" himself Cesar Millan. Leepson Bounds Entertainment is behind the 10-episode project, due in the spring of 2021. (Deadline.com)
GENIUS: ARETHA (NGC) - Production on the new season remains on hiatus while the studio and the network figure out new safety protocols for filming. Five of the eight episodes have been completed to date. (Deadline.com)
IN TREATMENT (HBO) - The pay channel's revival series is on track following more than $6 million in tax incentives from the state of California. (Deadline.com)
MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT (Lifetime) - The cable channel has extended its flagship series through season 17, meaning six more installments are on tap following the current edition. (Deadline.com)
MIRACLE WORKERS (TBS) - The cable channel is expected to move forward with a third season of the series and relocate filming from Czech Republic to California following over $5 million in tax credits from the state. (Deadline.com)
OPEN (Amazon, New!) - Lena Waithe has set up a new project at her Amazon Studios-based Hillman Grad Productions about an open marriage. "I've never been in an open marriage, but it's fascinating to me," she told the publication. "We live in a world where, if I told you I cheated on my wife, you would be like, "Yeah, that's the way it goes.” But if I told you that I'm in an open marriage, it would be as if I told you I'm joining the Church of Scientology." SHINING GIRLS (Apple TV+) - Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Davisson's Appian Way banner has signed a first-look deal with the company. Said duo are already in business with the Elisabeth Moss-led series, commissioned last month. (Deadline.com)
