Raphael Montes, author of the epynonimous book, and also creator and writer of the TV show: "It is exciting to see the audience embrace a thriller that gives voice to such important and current themes. When a story is born from literature and reaches millions of people through incredible work of an entire team, the feeling of accomplishment is huge. As creator of the show, I hope that the story of Veronica reaches more and more people. And I can say that, in the second season, Verô will face an even more cruel villain than Brandão".
