FORMER PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA MAKES FIRST APPEARANCE ON "THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN," MONDAY, MAY 17
The 44th president of the United States, Barack Obama, will make his first appearance on THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN, Monday, May 17 (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Former President Obama will be the lead guest, participating in an interview with Corden via Zoom.
Obama's wife, former first lady Michelle Obama, has made a couple of memorable appearances on THE LATE LATE SHOW, including participating in a "Carpool Karaoke" segment in 2016 and captaining the U.S. team in an epic game of dodgeball against James' U.K. team in 2019.
Each weeknight, James Corden invites the audience to join in on the fun as the Emmy Award-winning THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN features a mix of celebrity guests, musical acts, games and sketches. The show regularly features viral segments such as "Carpool Karaoke," "Crosswalk: The Musical," "Drop the Mic" and "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts." The show holds the YouTube record for the most-watched late night clip with "Adele Carpool Karaoke," which has 236 million views. THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN airs weeknights (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on CBS.
