NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating Announce 2021-22 Schedule

NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating Announce 2021-22 Schedule

Peacock to Stream Every Skating Event Live

Colorado Springs, Colorado (October 7, 2021) -- NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating announced today the schedule for the 2021-22 figure skating season. From October to April, NBC Sports and Peacock will provide more than 175 hours of coverage, in addition to NBCUniversal's coverage of the 2022 Winter Olympics in February.

Beginning with Skate America, NBC Sports will present more than 30 hours of figure skating coverage on NBC, with an additional 50 hours airing on NBCSN, USA and E!. Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present original programming plus encores of figure skating coverage of several events. Coverage will showcase the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series (including Skate America), ISU World Championships, ISU Four Continents Championships and the ISU European Championships.

As the exclusive streaming home of U.S. Figure Skating, Peacock will stream coverage of every skate throughout the 2021-22 season, beginning with exclusive coverage of the U.S. Figure Skating Championship Series.

NBC Sports will kick off its Grand Prix Series coverage with 2021 Guaranteed Rate Skate America, set for Oct. 22-24 in Las Vegas. The entire competition will be covered live on Peacock, with more than 10 hours of live coverage on NBC and NBCSN. Every stop on the Grand Prix Series will feature coverage on NBC and will conclude with Grand Prix Final recap show on Dec. 12.

NBC Sports' four-day coverage of the 2022 Toyota U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which will be held Jan. 6-9, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee, features live coverage of every discipline, including live coverage of the women's short program and free skate on Thursday, Jan. 6 (USA Network) and Friday, Jan. 7 (NBC), respectively. The men's competition will feature two live shows on NBC on Saturday, Jan. 8 and Sunday, Jan. 9. The Prevagen Skating Spectacular will air Sunday, Jan. 15 on NBC.

Additionally, NBC and E! will televise 10 hours of the ISU European Figure Skating Championships, as well as 13 hours of the ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships.

NBC and USA will cover 17 hours of the ISU World Figure Skating Championships, which are set for March 21-27, in Montpellier, France. The pairs' and women's free skate will be featured in primetime on Thursday, March 24, and Friday, March 25.

Coverage on NBC, USA and E! is live streamed on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app. Coverage on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA is available on Olympics.com, the Olympic Channel app, NBCSports.com, and the NBC Sports app.
