ALL-NEW SEASON OF "LONE STAR LAW" PREMIERES WITH MILESTONE 100TH EPISODE ON DISCOVERY CHANNEL SATURDAY JAN. 22 AT 8PM ET/PT
There's no such thing as an average day at work for the Texas Game Wardens. They face countless perils as they patrol more than 250,000 square miles of deserts, lakes, piney woods, bayous, plains, and coasts. Whether confronting poachers, rescuing injured wildlife, or saving victims of natural disasters, the game wardens work tirelessly to protect more than 29 million Texans. And with Texas ranked as the second-largest state by both land size and population, the game wardens' job is only getting bigger. Join them on patrol as the landmark 100TH episode of LONE STAR LAW heralds an all-new season this Saturday, Jan. 22 at 8PM ET/PT.
This season, the men and women of Texas Parks and Wildlife tackle their biggest cases yet. In a series first, Game Wardens Kyle Allison and Dustin Delgado rush to the scene of a plane crash; Game Warden Kegan Gould questions a suspicious rock collector and unearths a devastating secret; and Game Warden Randolph McGee investigates a string of bison killings. Stakes are higher than ever for game wardens defending the state's wildlife, with migratory bird nests under threat, backyard hunters wreaking havoc in a crowded neighborhood, and a boat crash revealing a horrific crime against marine life. Game Wardens Mike Boone, Chelsea and Ben Bailey, James Cummings, Jennifer Provaznik, and many more return to tirelessly patrol and protect, and a LONE STAR LAW favorite game warden pauses retirement for a special visit.
This Saturday, LONE STAR LAW's 100TH episode premieres with a life in danger as Game Wardens Mallory Mitchell and Jeremy Lindsey leap into action to save a wakeboarder with a potentially deadly injury. Later, a gunshot on a night stakeout alerts Game Warden Randolph McGee to bizarre - and dangerous - activity. Game Warden Derrick Lopez comes up with a creative solution to rescue a wild animal trapped in a garage, and Game Warden Jamal Allen intervenes when trespassers invade a sensitive marsh area.
