Originally Streamed Live In Latin America, The Hour-Long Music Specials Are Available To Stream For the First Time In The U.S.

Today, hour-long concert specials from Farruko, Manuel Turizo, Reik, Mau & Ricky, Nicky Jam, and Natti Natasha are available to stream on HBO Max for the first time in the U.S. Produced for WarnerMedia by Sony Music Latin, these specials, hosted by Lety Sahagún featuring exclusive interviews, first streamed live on the platform in Latin America last fall under 'Live on Max.'

Currently only available in all markets across Latin America, 'Live on Max' is an immersive, concert experience where fans were able to watch musical guests perform live and interact with the artists as they prepared backstage and throughout the show by exchanging real-time messages, sending greetings, asking questions, and even voting for some of the songs performed on the live show via Live on Max and HBO Max social channels. HBO Max debuted live stream playback last August with our first Brasilerão match in Brazil, and has since been streaming live games of the UEFA Champions League in Mexico and Brazil, and Paulistão in Brazil.

The specials feature intimate performances by the world's top Latin artists, including musical phenomenon Farruko, one of the most innovative singer-songwriters of the reggaeton genre; along with the young Colombian sensation Manuel Turizo; and popular Mexican group, Reik, where they show off their romantic pop vocals. There are also unforgettable performances by the Venezuelan duo, Mau y Ricky, who perform their unique mix of urban Latin pop; along with reggaeton icon, Nicky Jam; and the always authentic Dominican singer-songwriter of the hit "Criminal," Natti Natasha.

These specials are hosted by Lety Sahagún, host, broadcaster, and public speaker, who has interviewed stars from the worlds of entertainment, fashion, and sports. Lety is also co-creator of the podcast 'Se Regalan Dudas,' one of the most listened to and shared podcasts in Latin America.

Additional music specials and concerts, featuring a wide array of Latin artists, currently available to stream on HBO Max in the U.S. include the En Letra De Otro series, which has previously spotlighted artists like Farruko (2019), Gente de Zona (2018), and Pedro Capó (2017). Also available is the 2021 GRAMMY(R) winning Juan Luis Guerra 4:40: Entre Mar y Palmeras, Piano y Mujer (2021), Diego Torres Sinfónico (2020), Shakira in Concert: El Dorado World Tour (2020), Kany Garcia: Soy yo en vivo (2019), and Santana - Corazón, Live from Mexico: Live It to Believe It (2014). As well as A Tiny Audience series, where musicians such as Ivy Queen and Paulina Rubio reveal a personal secret to the "tiny" audience before them and perform songs that are meaningful, and the Havana Street Party Presents collection with concerts by Beatriz Luengo (2021) and Orishas (2019).
