BIOS:

TERI HATCHER

Teri Hatcher's career has spanned memorable performances in movies, television and on stage. Over the course of the groundbreaking show's eight season run, her wildly successful portrayal of Susan Mayer on ABC's award-winning "Desperate Housewives" earned her a 2005 Golden Globe Award (Best Actress in a Leading Role, Musical or Comedy, Television), a 2005 Screen Actors Guild Award (Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series), a 2006 Golden Globe Award nomination, a 2005 Television Critics Award nomination and a 2005 Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy. The role of the single mom searching for love in the sometimes sordid, always intriguing world of Wisteria Lane vaulted Hatcher to the pinnacle of today's hottest comedic actresses. Having also starred as Lois in the ABC series "Lois and Clark," Hatcher often finds herself a role model to young women in journalism and carries a Superman fan base that is nothing short of global. Most recently, Hatcher starring in Hallmark's "A Kiss Before Christmas," where she re-united with her "Desperate Housewives" co-star James Denton. She also appeared in Showtime's "Even More Funny Women of a Certain Age," which marked her debut comedy special. Hatcher played the villainous Rhea in CW's "Supergirl." Hatcher's career on the small screen spans some of the most iconic shows in television history, including "Seinfeld," "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Frasier," "MacGyver," "Two and a Half Men" and "Smallville." Her comedic expertise was noted when she hosted "Saturday Night Live" in 1995, landing at least two of her sketches in the "Best of SNL" highlights series.

JAMES DENTON

James Denton most recently finished Executive Producing and starring in the movie, A KISS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, which reunited him with his DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES co-star, Teri Hatcher, which was one of Hallmark's highest rated Christmas movies of 2021. Prior to that, Denton recently finished his run as 'Dr. Sam Radford' on the top-rated Hallmark show, THE GOOD WITCH, which he starred alongside with Catherine Bell, which ran from 2015-2021. In the summer of 2016, Denton Executive Produced and starred in Hallmark's movie, FOR LOVE & HONOR, costarring alongside his real-life son, Sheppard Denton. The pairing was a remarkable success, easily winning the evening in household ratings for the cabler. 2016 also brought about a drama reunion for Denton, reuniting him with his other former DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES co-star, Eva Longoria, as well as series creator, Marc Cherry, on Cherry's new series, DEVIOUS MAIDS, for Lifetime Television. As one of the stars of the Golden Globe and SAG Award-winning, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES 2004-2012, Denton played the plumber, 'Mike Delfino' who was Teri Hatcher's love interest. Prior to joining DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, Denton was building a steady feature film career with performances in such Hollywood hits as, THAT OLD FEELING directed by Carl Reiner, FACE OFF directed by John Woo, and PRIMARY COLORS directed by Oscar-winner, Mike Nichols. In 1997 Denton landed the role of the eerily sociopathic, 'Mr. Lyle' on NBC's hit drama, THE PRETENDER. In 2001 Denton was cast by ABC to star opposite Kim Delaney in Steven Bochco's series, PHILLY, which was critically acclaimed however short-lived. But Denton's growing reputation quickly led to a new series casting him as, 'Special Agent Jon Kilmer' on THREAT MATRIX. In addition to his series starring roles on TV, his guest appearances include, NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, REBA, JAG, SLIDERS, DARK SKIES, TWO GUYS AND A GIRL, ALLY MCBEAL, and THE WEST WING. His past run of feature films include, SELFIE DAD, WAKE, GRACE UNPLUGGED, STRANDED IN PARADISE, and Henry Jaglom's OVATION. Denton is a Nashville native, who originally attended college on a basketball scholarship. He wasn't bitten by the acting bug until he was 28, after he landed the role of 'George Gibbs' in a Nashville production of "Our Town." Denton thought there was a more solid career in selling advertising, so he started an ad career in Tennessee, and then in North Carolina, before taking off for Chicago to risk everything to become a professional actor.
