WHO: Builder Rico León will continue helping Denver homeowners salvage renovations that have gone off the rails in a new season of Rico to the Rescue. Driven by his parents' past experience with a crooked contractor, Rico is an advocate for desperate families who need an empathetic expert to fix their stressful situations. During the nine-episode run, he and his skilled team will tour the house to assess the projects, work to resolve issues with the builder and create a renovation and design plan to turn the construction nightmare into a dream home.

In the premiere episode, Rico meets homeowners Brock and Zhanna, a couple whose contractor took more than $100,000 to start their home renovation but never finished. After taking a look at the tarped roof and exposed framing left by the builder, Rico and his team will determine how best to complete the job that will give the family of four the added living space, bedroom and bathroom they've wanted for more than two years.
