Two New Harlan Coben Limited Series Adaptations Announced for Netflix

Missing You and Run Away greenlit following the recent success of Fool Me Once

Netflix has announced that a further two Harlan Coben novels are to be adapted into limited series. Missing You and Run Away (further details listed below) will both be produced by Quay Street Productions. Coben will serve as executive producer through his company, Final Twist Productions.

The news comes after Coben's latest Netflix series Fool Me Once premiered globally on 1st January. A series which had the nation obsessing over Michelle Keegan's coats, introduced the world to the UK's north/south divide, and questioned if one could ever end an argument quite as curtly as Dame Joanna Lumley. (We also nicked the house from Peaky Blinders.) Fool Me Once amassed 61M views globally in its first two weeks, reaching the Top 10 in 91 countries worldwide (source: Netflix Top 10).

Missing You and Run Away will be the 9th and 10th on-screen adaptations to be produced from bestselling author Harlan Coben through his ongoing creative partnership with Netflix. Coben continues his work with local screenwriters from around the world to bring his novels to life on screen, so far across four languages.

Filming for Missing You will commence in the UK in spring 2024.
