LONDON, U.K. (October 4, 2024) - Today, Disney+ announced that the Original unscripted series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has been renewed for 20 additional episodes with the first installment swinging onto the service in 2025. Exact launch date to follow.

"There was a philosophical question raised in season one which was 'Can MomTok survive this?' The answer unequivocally is yes!" said Rob Mills, Executive Vice President, Unscripted and Alternative Entertainment, Walt Disney Television.

During season one, the scandalous world of a group of Mormon mom influencers implodes when they get caught in the midst of a sex scandal that makes international headlines. Now, their sisterhood is shook to its core. Faith, friendship and reputations are all on the line. Will #MomTok be able to survive and continue to give the rulebook a run for its money, or will this group fall from grace?

Season one stars eight #MomTok content creators: Taylor Frankie Paul (@taylorfrankiepaul), Demi Engemann (@demilucymay_), Jen Affleck (@jenniferaffleckk), Jessi Ngatikaura (@_justjessiiii), Layla Taylor (@laylaleannetaylor), Mayci Neeley (@maycineeley), Mikayla Matthews (@mikaylamatthews) and Whitney Leavitt (@whitneyleavitt).

Disney+ is available from £4.99 per month - with no hidden costs and the ability to cancel anytime. There's something for everyone to watch, adding new TV series, blockbuster movies and exclusive Originals throughout the year under its six brands: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star. With a library of entertainment spanning everything from documentaries to critically acclaimed drama, and comedy to classic animation.
