On November 22, Netflix premieres the documentary series 900 days without Anabel, a never-before-heard testimony about a case that became the longest kidnapping in the history of Spain: the abduction of the young woman Anabel Segura.
During the 900 distressing days that Anabel's kidnapping lasted, society was in suspense and took to the streets to ask for her release. Throughout those three years, nobody looked at the clock; the telephone controlled the passage of time. Between 1993 and 1995, fourteen phone calls occurred between the kidnappers and the negotiator representing the Segura family to release Anabel. Those conversations are coming to light in their entirety for the first time now, when thirty years have passed since the resolution of the case.
