SERIES CONTINUES TO DIG UP BIZARRE AND TRULY PUZZLING DOCUMENTED EVENTS THROUGHOUT HISTORY

New York, NY - October 23, 2024 - The HISTORY(R) Channel will premiere season two of its hit nonfiction series "The UnBelievable with Dan Aykroyd" executive produced and hosted by award-winning actor, writer, and producer Dan Aykroyd on Friday, November 15 at 9pm ET/PT. The wild ride continues this season as Aykroyd unearths more stories of fantastic beings, bizarre voyages, peculiar punishments, outrageous experiments, strange games, puzzling innovations and more. From shocking tales of death by a flying lawn mower to natural and not-so natural occurrences from above like a man who was sucked into a tornado and lived to tell the tale and two different women who had run ins with meteorites, this series retells stories that defy comprehension and seem improbable but are 100% true.

Across 10 new episodes, "The UnBelievable with Dan Aykroyd" dives deep into historical record to reveal the strangest true stories in human history through smart, quick-witted expert retelling, arresting archival and entertaining recreation. This season's cast of experts brave enough to take on the "how" and "why" include "Jeopardy!" All-Star Austin Rogers, TV host Don Wildman, sportswriter Karitha A. Davidson, cosmologist Hakeem Oluseyi, anthropologist and comedian Natalia Reagan, U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Jason O. Harris, historian Edward T. O'Donnell and activist and Professor of History at the University of St. Thomas Dr. Yohuru Williams.
