With echoes of the notorious Austrian Josef Fritzl case, this chilling new documentary sheds light on an unimaginable crime: a young Swedish woman, Isabel Eriksson, drugged and kidnapped by a doctor on their second date. Surviving the torturous abduction, the heroic woman confronts her past trauma in this unflinching new series.
In 2015, following a date with Dr. Martin Trenneborg, Isabel woke up in a bunker that the doctor had spent years building. He planned to keep her and other women locked up in this horrific place and although Isabel survived the terrifying ordeal, she is still haunted to this day. Battling PTSD, Isabel bravely faces her fears as she revisits her past and tries to come to terms with what the vile kidnapper did to her.
