SPANISH ORIGINAL MURDER MYSTERY CAPER "IF IT'S TUESDAY, IT'S MURDER" PREMIERES MARCH 31 ON DISNEY+

LONDON, UK (3 February) - Disney+ has today released the teaser key art and first look images for its latest Spanish Original series "If It's Tuesday, It's Murder". The Hulu Original series starring Álex García, Inma Cuesta, Ana Wagener, Pedro Casablanc and Biel Montoro, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland and Hulu in the US on March 31.

"If It's Tuesday, It's Murder" tells the story of an eclectic group of Spanish tourists on a planned trip, a once-grand hotel crumbling into ruins, and a handful of dark secrets converge during a week-long holiday in Lisbon. When one of the travelers is found dead the day after their arrival, four of the others set out to investigate who the killer might be - and whether it could even be someone within their own group. This team of devoted true-crime and mystery-novel fans will have to face the police, a roster of suspects, the threat of being expelled from the trip, and their own hidden truths as the days slip away before they have to leave Lisbon.

Produced in collaboration with LAZONA Producciones Group ("Ocho apellidos vascos"), the series is created by Carlos Vila ("Los misterios de Laura", the first Spanish series adapted in the United States) and directed by Salvador Calvo (Goya Award winner for Best Director for "Adú" and director of "1898") and Abigail Schaaff ("Ministry of Time"). "If It's Tuesday, It's Murder" is a murder mystery about an organised trip to Lisbon by a peculiar group of Spanish tourists that turns into an investigation into a mysterious murder, forcing its protagonists to bring out their detective skills to discover who is behind the crime.

"If It's Tuesday, It's Murder" has been filmed entirely in Lisbon with some of the city's most emblematic locations as a backdrop. The Hulu Original series stars Álex García ("Antidisturbios", "El Inmortal"), Inma Cuesta ("Arde Madrid", "La Novia"), Ana Wagener (Goya Award winner for Best Leading Actress for "La voz dormida; Te estoy amando locamente", "Contratiempo"), and Biel Montoro ("Mano de Hierro", "Diecisiete"). The cast also includes Pedro Casablanc ("B, la película", "Los Farad", "Mar de plástico"), Luisa Gavasa (winner of the Goya award for Best Supporting Actress for "La Novia"), Carmen Ruiz ("Mi gran noche"), Belén López ("Adú", "Berlín"), Saida Benzal ("Menudas piezas") and Gorka Lasaosa ("Narcos: Mexico"). The series also features Portuguese talent in its cast with Adriano Carvalho and Paulo Pires, among others.

Disney+ is available from £5.99 per month - with no hidden costs and the ability to cancel anytime. There's something for everyone to watch, with a lifetime of great stories and a constantly growing library of new TV shows, blockbuster movies, exclusive Originals, and live football throughout the year.
