THE HISTORY CHANNEL(TM) MARKS THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF SEPTEMBER 11 WITH NEW TWO-HOUR SPECIAL "102 MINUTES INSIDE THE TOWERS"

EXECUTIVE PRODUCED BY ROBIN ROBERTS, THE DOCUMENTARY FROM ARROW MEDIA AND ROCK'N ROBIN PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS FIRSTHAND ACCOUNTS FROM INSIDE THE TWIN TOWERS

New York, NY - March 4, 2026 - The HISTORY Channel(TM) marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001 with the new two-hour documentary special "102 Minutes Inside the Towers," a powerful account of the tragic events of that day told from an unprecedented point of view. Executive produced by "Good Morning America" co-anchor Robin Roberts, with Arrow Media producing in association with Rock'n Robin Productions, the documentary offers a deeply immersive and unique perspective through firsthand accounts from those who were inside the Twin Towers.

"On September 11, the world saw the tragedy unfold from the outside, but the experiences of those inside the Twin Towers have largely gone unheard," said Robin Roberts. "This documentary gives voice to those stories, capturing what people saw, heard, and felt in real time from within the buildings. By sharing these firsthand accounts with care and clarity, '102 Minutes Inside the Towers' helps preserve an essential historical record and honors the humanity at the heart of that day."

"The HISTORY Channel remains committed to honoring the tragic events of September 11 through thoughtful, premium storytelling," said Eli Lehrer, Executive Vice President and Head of Programming for The HISTORY Channel. "As we mark the 25th anniversary, we are honored to help commemorate the extraordinary bravery of those who lost their lives that day - an act of remembrance that Americans and our nation's history will never forget."

On September 11, the world watched the attacks unfold from the outside, and in the years since, nearly every angle has been revisited. "102 Minutes Inside the Towers" shifts that perspective inward, revealing what people inside the buildings saw and heard as events unfolded around them and they raced to survive. Over the course of 102 minutes, first responders and everyday workers - from window washers and bankers to building security staff - lived their own harrowing experiences, scattered throughout the towers. Now, they share never-before-heard accounts of fear, heroism, and humanity. Through new first-person interviews and carefully crafted visual effects that illuminate their perspectives, the special creates a vital historical record of lived experience on 9/11, told moment by moment from the inside out.

"102 Minutes Inside the Towers" is produced for The HISTORY Channel(TM) by Arrow Media in association with Rock'n Robin Productions. Executive producers for Arrow Media are Ashley Potterton and Tom Brisley. The film is directed by Grace Chapman. Robin Roberts and Reni Calister serve as executive producers for Rock'n Robin Productions. Executive producer for The HISTORY Channel is Jim Pasquarella.
