A New Season of The HISTORY Channel series "The Food That Built America" Returns on Sunday, April 19 at 10/9c

The HISTORY Channel's most delicious series THE FOOD THAT BUILT AMERICA is back with more appetizing stories of human innovation and creativity than ever! Returning on Sunday, April 19 at 10/9c, the series explores the origin stories of America's most inspiring - and sometimes ruthless - food pioneers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs who revolutionized the culinary landscape, and created groundbreaking products that became the biggest household names in history. From In-N-Out, McDonald's, and Little Caesars to Snapple, Arizona, The Cheesecake Factory, and more, this series unveils details behind the strokes of branding genius that rewrote labels and grocery aisles.

This season, we explore the following food innovations: pizza (Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns), crackers (Triscuit, Ritz, Cheez-It, Wheat Thins, Goldfish), bubblegum (Fleer, Life Savers, Wrigley's), rice (Uncle Ben's, Minute Rice, Rice-A-Roni), iced-tea (Snapple, Arizona, Lipton), the drive-thru (In-N-Out, Jack in the Box, McDonald's), and more.
