BARRY BONDS JOINS NETFLIX'S STAR-STUDDED LINEUP OF MLB ANALYSTS AND COMMENTATORS
The Home Run King Brings his Legendary Baseball Insight
to Opening Night, the T-Mobile Home Run Derby and
the MLB at Field of Dreams Game, all only on Netflix
San Francisco Giants legend and seven-time National League Most Valuable Player Barry Bonds will be an MLB analyst for all three of Netflix's MLB broadcasts this year, with his debut coming on March 25 when the Giants host the New York Yankees on MLB Opening Night. Bonds brings his record 73 single-season home runs, two batting titles, 14 All-Star appearances, and eight Gold Gloves to an already-stacked announcing crew, joining three-time NL MVP Albert Pujols and World Series Champion Anthony Rizzo at the pregame and postgame desk, hosted by Elle Duncan.
Bonds, Pujols, Rizzo, Duncan, CC Sabathia, Hunter Pence, and Lauren Shehadi will make up a cohesive announcing crew for all of Netflix's 2026 MLB events. This group will be on the calls for the T-Mobile Home Run Derby set for July 13 and MLB at Field of Dreams on August 13, both of which are live only on Netflix.
Bonds' debut will be on Netflix's Opening Night Pregame presented by Adobe at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET on March 25. The first pitch of the new season will be thrown at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET, live only on Netflix. MLB Network's Emmy Award-winning production team will produce the telecast and pregame and postgame coverage in partnership with EverWonder.
