"A BLOODY GOOD TIME"
- GLENN GARNER, DEADLINE
BURBANK, CA (June 25, 2026) - Back for an even bloodier game of cat and mouse, Searchlight Pictures' Ready or Not 2: Here I Come streams July 2 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S.
Ready or Not ended with an image that felt definitive and unsettling: Grace, bloodied but standing. Alive. Alone. And irreversibly changed by what she survived. For directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, that image wasn't an endpoint - it was a dare: double or nothing. Eagerly embraced by both fans and critics, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come reached a piping Verified Hot 89% Popcornmeter score on Rotten Tomatoes(R) and was chosen as a New York Times Critic's Pick. As many have remarked, the sequel "gives the audience exactly what they're looking for" (Lyvie Smith, Inverse).
This isn't just a sequel. It's higher stakes, more blood, more chaos, and more heart - everything amplified. What once appeared to be a single family's ritual is revealed as part of a broader international system: multiple families, competing hierarchies, and shared beliefs bound together by power, entitlement, and consequence. Searchlight Pictures cordially invites you to join our bloodied bride in her fight for survival once more.
Directed by Radio Silence filmmakers Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett with a screenplay by Guy Busick & R. Christopher Murphy. Samara Weaving returns and leads an iconic new cast with Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kathryn Newton, Elijah Wood, Shawn Hatosy, David Cronenberg, Néstor Carbonell, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, Varun Saranga, and Daniel Beirne. Produced by Tripp Vinson, James Vanderbilt, William Sherak, and Bradley J. Fischer
