Go Team! tells the story of Tío Mochales, a company that was once the undisputed king of Spanish cheese. Today, it's a somewhat worn-out business struggling to stay afloat. Its latest big idea? A rural team-building retreat in the village where the company was founded. But what is meant to be a getaway to reconnect with "traditional values" quickly turns into a trap when the employees discover that major layoffs are on the way. What promised to be a motivational retreat becomes an all-out battle of brown-nosing, betrayals, and leaks. A dark comedy about declining offices, ruthless executives, and employees who have had enough of wasting time on the latest team-building trends.
