TUBI REACHES 110 MILLION MONTHLY ACTIVE USERS AS RECORD ENGAGEMENT AND GROWING FANDOMS FUEL CONTINUED MOMENTUM

NEW YORK, August 6, 2026 - Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation's (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) free streaming service, today announced it has reached 110 million monthly active users, up 14% year over year, while engagement grew even faster, up 17%. Tubi also delivered a record quarter of revenue, up 35% year over year, underscoring the strength of its strategy to serve passionate fandoms and help advertisers connect to them.

Tubi has built a deeply engaged audience by designing an experience around what people want to actively watch and discover. Unlike the lean-back, linear experience often associated with "FAST" streaming, the overwhelming majority of viewing on Tubi is on-demand and personalized, by audiences who actively choose the entertainment, creators, and live events they care about.

"Tubi continues to differentiate by putting fans first, with unique storytelling and deep collections ranging from romance to adult animation to horror to the world's biggest sporting events," said Anjali Sud, CEO of Tubi. "The World Cup accelerated our momentum and demonstrated the power of Tubi's platform to expand soccer fandom by providing greater access to the live action and stories surrounding the tournament. That combination of scale, personalization, and deep fan engagement continues to fuel our growth and set Tubi apart in streaming."

Tubi boasts the world's largest collection of on-demand content: more than 375,000 movies and TV episodes, including over 400 Tubi Originals and 25,000 creator episodes, serving as a destination for premium storytelling. Tubi has always been the place where viewers can get lost in their favorite content rabbit holes, and this year they dove even deeper into their favorite fandoms, including horror, sports, reality, food, and comedy. Over the last 12 months, viewers streamed over 13 billion hours on Tubi, including a record 3.4 billion hours in the fourth quarter. Tubi reached an all-time high 2.3% share of total U.S. TV viewing in April of 2026, according to Nielsen's The Gauge. Nearly 60% of its audience is Gen Z or Millennial, and they spend more time on Tubi than they do watching traditional broadcast or cable television.

Sports fandom is evolving, and Tubi's strategy to meet this new era came to life at scale during the World Cup. Over 20 million viewers visited Tubi's 2026 FIFA World Cup(TM) FOX Hub for a one-stop destination custom-built for fans, where live moments, highlights, and creator-led content lives on beyond the tournament. Tubi's simulcast of the two opening World Cup matches delivered the most-streamed English-language opening match in World Cup history with a median viewer age of 35 and nearly one-third watching on mobile. Tubi provides an immersive streaming experience that satisfies viewers' increasing appetite for the stories and moments around their fandoms.

About Tubi

Tubi offers the world's largest collection of Hollywood movies and TV shows, thousands of creator-led stories, and hundreds of Tubi Originals made for the most passionate fans.
