Jamie Demetriou and Amelia Dimoldenberg to host next two episodes of "Saturday Night Live UK," with musical guests Royal Blood and Rachel Chinouriri
Saturday Night Live UK today announces the host and musical guest line‑up for the next two episodes of its second series.
On 19 September, quadruple-BAFTA-winning comedy writer and actor Jamie Demetriou (Stath Lets Flats, The Moment) will be joined by a defining force in British rock, Royal Blood as musical guest.
On 26 September, award-winning host, writer and producer Amelia Dimoldenberg (Chicken Shop Date) will be joined by acclaimed indie pop darling Rachel Chinouriri.
Broadcast live each week, the series welcomes a different celebrity host and musical guest for every episode, alongside topical sketches, live music performances and a British take on the iconic Weekend Update segment.
Returning cast members include Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Paddy Young, joined this series by new cast member Freddie Meredith.
The new series of SNL UK continues Saturdays at 10pm on Sky and streaming service NOW.
NOTES TO EDITORS
SNL UK returns for Series 2 on 12 September with the first six episodes, with the additional shows planned in early 2027.
