DOLLY PARTON TRIBUTE WITH PERFORMANCE BY KACEY MUSGRAVES SET FOR THE "2026 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS (VMAs)" SUNDAY, SEPT. 27 ON CBS

"VMAs" Will Simulcast on MTV and Stream on Paramount+

CBS and MTV today announced a special tribute to Dolly Parton with a performance by Kacey Musgraves during the 2026 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS ("VMAs"). Hosted by Snoop Dogg, the "VMAs" will air Sunday, Sept. 27 (7:30-9:30 PM, ET/4:30-6:30 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network, simulcast on MTV and streaming on Paramount+ (Premium) in the U.S. The show will also be available globally the next day on Paramount+ and MTV.

· Kacey Musgraves returns to the "VMAs" stage for her first performance in five years, paying tribute to the iconic Dolly Parton. With three career nods, Musgraves is nominated this year in Best Country for "Dry Spell."
