MADtv RATINGS CLIMB AS THE COMEDY CONTINUES THIS NOVEMBER ON FOX
Marilyn Manson and Ja Rule Scheduled to Perform While Comedian Bill Maher and FOX Brother Duo of Danny and Chris Masterson Join the Late-Night Fun
MADtv, in its 10th season, delivered it highest ratings in nine months among Adults 18-49; its highest ratings in over eight months among Adults 18-34; and its highest ratings in over five months among Total Viewers. MADtv was the No.1-rated late-night entertainment program of the week (11/01/04) among Teens and Men 18-34 (tie).
Musical performances from Marilyn Manson and Ja Rule along with guest-star appearances from funnymen Bill Maher, Danny Masterson (THAT 70's SHOW) and Chris Masterson (MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE) make late-night comedy worth staying up for this November on MADtv, Saturdays (11:00 PM-Midnight ET/PT) on FOX.
On Saturday, Nov. 13 Marilyn Manson makes his TV performance debut with a rendition of "Personal Jesus" from his new album "Lest We Forget: The Best Of." Other sketches include a parody of Britney Spears' video "My Prerogative," titled "My Predicament," and MADtv alum Will Sasso returns to reprise his "Kenny Rogers" character in a reality show spoof. The following week on Saturday, Nov. 20 Ja Rule is scheduled to perform his chart-topping new hit "Wonderful" while talk show host and comedian Bill Maher makes a guest appearance. On Saturday, Nov. 27, FOX's brother twosome of Danny Masterson and Chris Masterson contribute to the comedy in a sketch titled "Courtroom," where they play two lawyers relentlessly harassing a witness.
MADtv is a production of QDe. The executive producers are David Salzman, Quincy Jones and Dick Blasucci.
